At Nova Cart  we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Returns

* You may request a return within **7 days** of receiving your product.
* Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
* Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  * Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  * Intimate or sanitary products
  * Gift cards or downloadable software
  * Sale or clearance items

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
* If approved, your refund will be processed within **7–14 business days**, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Exchanges

* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
* If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.
